Go Link! That was awesome, in a very geekish, scary kind of way.
Was that the Sess singing Falsetto in the background?

That's sad. These people need to get a life. It reminds me of the different singing groups in Trekkies 2.

Finally! Sarah posts something that I halfway like! This can't be sarahlane.com, can't it? I demand you tell me where Ms.Lane is! Who is this alien freak and what has she done with Sarah?

matt, come on. Did you not find that cool and entertaining? people become such hard asses when they have the anonimity of the internet at their fingertips. you are the one alone typing on your computer... they are actually getting together with people and doing things. Smile a little, it makes like better.

OMG.
Sarah, that was the funniest thing I have seen all month. U made my day

I loved that clip! The mario was the most recognizable. I had a bit of trouble with the tetris, but once I realized what it was, I loved it! The 'dancers' really brought that one home. I kept looking for FFVII though. That would have been a great addition, and wonderful with the a cappella singing.

Very funny....I felt my geekdom slipping away tho, I couldn't reconize all the themes.

Also good is the blindfolded pianist http://gprime.net/video/blindfoldedmariopianist2.php

Yer that was cool, but the guy playing the mario tunes on the piano is better, that guy is just nuts.

That was just awesome, a few themes I didn't recognize but I knew most of em from my younger nintendo days. The tetris, zelda, and mario one's were my fav.

that was really cool and really funny. just one tidbit to be sort of a stinker. was mortal kombat really a japanese inspired game? i thought it was american all the way.
Posted by: mannyd | Thursday, May 05, 2005 at 03:20 PM
Heh. Reminds me of two things from my highschool days: When my band played a Nintendo Medley, and when my choir had to learn "Marriage of Figaro" by singing various "Doo-be-doo-be-doo" type things. It was actually very cool.

I saw it before, it's... interesting, sort of embarrasing in a way, as well.

I know a couple people from this group. They're from Madison and this is hardly the only thing they do. They take a lot of songs and are really quite good at converting popular songs to a cappella.
