I am pretty blown away here. Krazydad seems to have taken the idea of Color Fields light years ahead with his Color Fields Color Picker. It is a standard looking color picker, but it returns images from the Color Fields... [Read More]

What a cool project. I like the little quirky things you find.

It took about 15-20 minutes to gather the snapshots of the photos (although the various people on Flickr have been gathering these photos for a few weeks). I did this using Flickr's API, which allows computer programs to do things like this. - jbum

That's cool, fun little link.

damn that must have taken forever.

1. When you were born, how much did you weigh?
I don't remember the weight (or my birth for THAT MATTER!) but I was born on April 7, 1966

2. What's your sugar poison?
Mountain Dew or Diet Pepsi & a Hostess fruit pie (Apple is best!)

3. If you had to choose between meat and cheese for the rest of your life, which would you choose? Then be specific.
Meat! A great pot roast with boiled potatos and carrots on the side!

4. What, in your opinion, is the worst song ever?
Hmm, this is a hard one. Maybe "Hero" by Enrique Iglesias.

5. Who was your very favorite teacher growing up, and why?
My junior high phys ed teacher Mr. Kiser - he saw me as the social introvert that I am and hand picked me to join the cross country team even though I was NEVER competetive!

6. What personal activity, when performed in public, bothers you the most?
At the risk of getting a flood of flames, people who think that every call is so important that they HAVE to take a cell phone everywhere, including the Men's Room! Some places were just NOT intended for phone calls, even if it is a booth!

7. Ok, so there's a $50 bill lying on the ground. You pick it up. Dumbfounded by your incredible luck, what do you selfishly purchase?
A boxed set of my favorite TV series - ALIAS! I already have the first three so I guess it would Season 4. Can't wait for it to hit discs this summer!

8. Do you have a reoccuring nightmare? If so, explain.
I'd have to go with you on this one sarah except with a slightly different twist! I used to bag groceries for my college tuition and over 15 years later, I still dream of being the only one working and every checkout lane is jam packed with groceries! The even weirder part is that the place hasn't been a grocery store for over 10 years!

9. Name one place on Earth you've never been, but vow to visit at least once.
I'd really like to see the Grand Canyon! Scotland would also do nicely! I'm not much for flying though so until they greatly improve air sick meds or tranquilizers....

10. You notice that question #9 wasn't really a question. You feel smart for catching such a small detail. What else can you do really well that reminds you how smart you are?
I have a sick ability to remember trivia! I think my friends and family find it freakish when I get better than 75% of Jeopardy right! Not tryin' to show off, I just know what I know!
